I love the good food. You guys always give it 30% and show great quality control when making the sandwiches. I really like how the cheese is always so perfect.
Just like everything else, when it first started, amazing great everything perfect. I was addicted to buying food almost every day, service is good, but the last 2 times I've gone, the chicken was terribly stale and hard and the fries super overly salty, I gave them a chance and went today again, got the chicken sandwich, I bit into it and it felt like a rubber patty, it looked like a chicken and smelled like a chicken, but that thing felt like bitting Into a hockey puck.
They need to listen better on the speaker for the people‘s order. Make sure they get it correct before they hand it out the window.
The asst Mgr was spot on. Very professional and patient as we had never dined there before
