Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’ve been coming here afterschool for years now, and the same staff has always been very welcoming and have served us with great energy. Ms Martha is absolutely fantastic! Food is always been consistent and delicious. Highly recommend this specific zaxbys for any casual and fast lunch or dinner

I went through drive through and ordered lemon pepper wings due to the other locations being great. The wings had little to no lemon pepper on them, so I went back through drive through and voiced my concerns. They charged me for seasoning that was already supposed to be on the wings, even after showing them. It was only 25 cents, however I found it to be unprofessional how it was handled. Definitely won’t be back to this location for a personal order.

In Saturday, September 27, 2025, around 3:00 p.m., I ordered 2 of yr chicken finger plate. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the fries. Even the fingers were warm and not fresh. They were warm to almost cold, dry, and clearly had been sitting too long. This has been a recurring issue with your fries, as they do not hold up well when not served fresh. I considered returning them but honestly did not feel confident that the manager on duty could properly address the issue. On a previous visit, I had an order problem and the young man with black hair did not handle my concern well. In addition, the young Asian woman assisting at that time gave me a very unpleasant look when I tried to get the issue corrected.
