I cannot express enough, how poor my experience was today. The ordering process is strange and uncomfortable. The cashier seemed caught off guard that someone was trying to make a purchase after paying $18 for two basic coffees. I was told it would be 10 minutes for my coffee. I feel like this should have been communicated before making the purchase. About 15 minutes later the coffee’s came out. They were both undrinkable with the bottom, half of the cup being slaughtered in coffee grounds.

As someone who has eaten belgium waffle in Belgium before, I liked this waffle even more. It is a very clean place, the employees are very nice and friendly. We have tried Lotus, pistachio and strawberry Ferraro Roche and all were all great. Must try!
