Yu's Chinese & Sushi Bar

This is the best Chinese restaurant in all of Coos Bay/North Bend area! Everything we have tried is so delicious and the owner is so sweet. Our go to order has always been the spicy kung Pao chicken and the chicken yakisoba noodles until we had their teriyaki chicken and their fried rice which is our new favorite. Best teriyaki chicken I’ve ever had. Their steamed chicken qyozas are so flavorful. Another recent favorites are their spicy California roll and the crunchy salmon roll The food is spot on every time, the cook never disappoints. Can’t say enough good things about them.

We were grateful to come here and have a nice meal on Christmas 🎄 they were open from 11am-8:30pm. The kids crushed their California Rolls and Avocado Rolls. The Scorpion Roll was good but it tasted like it was missing something. Or maybe it was the Eel sauce, not too sure. The Broccoli, Shrimp and Scallops in the clear sauce was AMAZING I highly recommend this dish. It brought me back to the food on the east coast. Its been hard for me to find decent Asian food since leaving Massachusetts. This was a great spot and the bathroom was super clean and smelled very good, always a plus. They had some fun artwork in the hallway to the bathroom. Downside would be the gnats that were flying around. One landed in my food unfortunately.

Some of the best egg flower soup I've ever had! The kun pao chicken was so good and the veggies were nice, fresh, and crisp! The sweet and sour chicken and fried rice were also so good! The server was very nice and friendly service. I will definitely be going back.

The place was very busy for dinner but we got lucky with no wait. Ordered some sushi rolls that were really good. Ordered the bento box as well which was great. Big portions. Cooked well. Service was fast and friendly for how busy it was. Meal came with a soup, I chose egg flour and it was delicious!

Yu’s did a great job catering to our party of 12. The restaurant was full of delicate seating, and decorations that really made the theme spark. Our waiter was very patient, and took her time making sure everyone had decided on a solid option. The menu had various dishes that ranged from soups, to rice, to different proteins. I ended up ordering the Diner Bento Box, which included kung pao chicken, sweet & sour chicken, pork fried rice, organic salad, along with miso soup. Once all the food arrived, everything looked stunning. We had also ordered Sushi, so there were various rolls on the table. After eating the food I could tell it was high quality. Everything here tasted delicious, and I couldn’t recommend coming here more.
