Yummy Bowl - Mongolian Stir-Fry & Sushi

Great experience here! Figured why not try it out!! They have an all you can eat option, as well as one time pass. I thought that one bowl would not be enough but I was pleasantly surprised. The food had a lot of flavor, and would strongly recommend!! Very reasonably priced as well!!

1st visit. Pricing is very fair. Large variety of items! Friendly staff. Place was packed! Little loud with all the people and sitting closer to the doors every time someone came in you got blasted with the cold air. Appetizers came out fast! Our food was also extremely quick. The meats were very well cooked. The noodles however were very under cooked and I couldn't eat mine at all. Also they cook all the food on the same table at the same time, but they don't keep your dish separate. By this I mean I ended up with octopus and Jalapenos in mine (both things I don't like) and most of the scallops and green onions were missing. Had a great experience here! Despite being busy, the service was fast and efficient. The food was delicious, everything tasted fresh and the sauces really pulled the whole meal together. Definitely a solid spot for a quick, tasty lunch or dinner in Rockford.

Fun restaurant with delicious bowls! We went on the first Saturday night after opening, and I’m glad we came early. It got really packed really fast and the build-your-own-bowl line got crazy long. We got a nice booth with a great view of the chefs making the bowls. The music was a bit loud but I think it works, especially with how busy it got. I ordered a normal build-your-own-bowl and my boyfriend daringly got the bottomless option. I packed my decent size bowl with zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and a pile of sliced beef. And I poured one cup of brown sauce and one cup of Mongolian sauce to go with it. Service was faster than expected because it was pretty busy. I ordered the Godzilla roll 10/10, dumplings 10/10 and made my own bowl 7/10. This place is good! The only thing it’s missing is fresh garlic as an option at the stir fry bar. I feel like it would give the stir fry more flavor. The dumplings were a little cold but they were still really tasty!
