El Charrito has some of the best Mexican food on the West side of Rockford! I was there when it first opened and it was great and the food is amazing still. The owner is very kind and good people. This is a family owned restaurant and I love supporting them. To show you the quality this is the steak huarache. It tasted great. I recommend this place to all my family and friends. I will be coming back!
Authentic corn tortillas for the steak tacos 🌮. The seasoning was perfect. Guaraches were melting in my mouth. Half bistek and half chicharron. Flautas nice and crispy with a side of rice and beans, and delicious salsas. Horchata to drink.
The food I received from this establishment was phenomenal. From the chicken nuggets to chicharones Taco. Impeccable. Immaculate fantastic! These are the words to describe this food
Honestly one of the best Mexican food I've had in a while and their steak fries are amazing, 10/10 would come here often and again
Cute little place with some of the best mexican in the area. The waitress was very kind and helpful even with a busy restaurant.
