Yummi Teriyaki & Pho

I had the pho and it was outstanding, the broth was rich, flavorful, and had that perfect slow-cooked depth. Super comforting and delicious. My friend tried the beef banh mi and said it was perfect. The beef tasted, savory, with a great kick from the lemongrass, and everything was fresh and well-balanced. Also, the service was excellent, probably the best in the area. Super friendly, fast, and attentive without being overbearing. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're into solid Vietnamese food. We will be back!!!!

I had the combo pho and the hue spicy noodle. The food came out quickly, the portions were huge and tasted great. The place is clean and nicely decorated, and the staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in. I’ll definitely come back to try the chicken wings next time!

Should be 4.9 stars for a restaurant! I get Pho everywhere I go - I’d like to say that I’m a pho connoisseur. The spices are FRESH that go into the broth, but not overpowering against the obvious care of the home made bone beef broth. It’s a perfect balance along with the noodles- the noodles aren’t gross and precooked and hard. Perfect amount of basil, cilantro, spouts, jalapeño and one fresh ripe lime. No waste- which I love. Now, the pork spring rolls are PORKBELLY!!!Just wow!! Also not premade where they crack or are hard, or made with that BBQ pork that is painted pink or has no flavor. Each bite perfect! The quality in ingredients is 100% there. Super nice employees/owners too. We will make this our stop when we’re driving through GigHarbor; it’s 3 minutes off the highway- so it

We got a teriyaki meal. The chicken was dry, tasteless and had gristle in it; there was no teriyaki sauce on it and none on the side either. My dog loved it. The meal came with salad, which was just shredded iceberg and veg, which was about an ⅛ cup of wierdly cooked shredded carrots, not good. We won't be going back. We also got the steak and brisket pho which was pretty good, it had all the key elements, but the bone broth was wasn't quite as strong and didn't have the depth of flavor as our favorite place, Pho Golden on Sedgwick and Sydney in Port Orchard. Their bone broth is fantastic, the best we've found so far! We've been going there for years. (Just never get it with tendon in it, tendon is really tough)

We ordered 2 orders of chicken teriyaki & pot stickers. Asked if they had spicy teriyaki they said they can make it spicy, they just added the red sauce ontop that's sitting on the table. My chicken had a lot of fat that wasn't edible, flavor was good tho. Rice seems really mushy. They are new and had a note on the door saying they are new and have no health code record yet. 🤷‍♀️
