Yuma Pho

Very good. we had pho with beef and tendon, tasty broth, spring rolls, grilled pork with white steamed rice. we asked and got extra broth. will be back soon. the sauce with spring rolls are not vietnamese diluted fish sauce, it's more like a Thai dipping sauce. not busy at lunch which is nice.

Everytime I come to Yuma its a must! The Pho with rare steak is one of the best soup you can imagine. The broth is so flavorful, served with noodles, cilantro, lemon quarters and beans sprouts. To add some spicy, the chili oil on the table is incredibly deep. The prices are fair and service is good. Dont miss it !

Do NOT eat here. I ordered a wonton soup with noodles and the meat appeared to be well under cooked. I called and ask what the wonton contained and the notified me that the wontons contain shrimp and pork. When I opened the wonton, you could clearly tell apart the shrimp and the pork. I notified the lady that the pork was very well under cooked. When I told her, she preceded to let me know that the pink color was their normal color and had already been precooked and just need to be paired with the broth.

We came here around lunch time and it was a bit quiet. The restaurant is very spacious and the waitress let us pick any table we wanted. Service was good and waitress was attentive, but the food was so so. We ordered the Macaroni with Beef and the Vermicelli with Grilled Pork. As a Vietnamese person, the Vermicelli dish didn’t meet my expectation, i didnt expect it to be authentic but it was not even closed at all, and the meat was very salty. The Nui Xào Bò (Macaroni with Beef Cubes) was also quite salty. I took a bite and it seemed like the chef used the same dark sauce for both dishes..

This is a rare Vietnamese restaurant in Yuma. The Phở broth is delicious but there were surprisingly few toppings, even though I ordered a large bowl.
