Birrieria Mannings Yuma

The birria here is super delicious and the homemade tortillas with the butter are super delicious. They have really good salas that make it the perfect dish. So glad we have good tasting birria in Yuma and San Luis AZ.

Great staff, great food, and great seating. Will definitely bring family back. As an out of towner staff was super helpful with our questions.

Its fantastic! Woke up this morning determined to find Birria de Chivo. At first I was skeptical about the ratings since there were only a few to go based off from. To my surprise I fell in love immediately after tasting the broth and the highlight is that the corn tortillas are homemade. 10/10!

The food was bursting with flavor, made with high-quality ingredients, and cooked to perfection, home made tortillas are mouthwatering, the variety of salsas all delicious, Highly recommend this spot to anyone craving authentic, mouthwatering birria.
