Ypsilanti District Library - Whittaker Road

Thank you to the librarians (Marlena, Paula, and Nicole) for all of their help during our first visit to the library since moving to the area. The desk attendants are helpful in finding books, recommending authors, and explaining the technology available. The spaces are designed creatively. The art included in each space is cool. We really enjoyed our visit.

Excellent library with everything you need and more.

We did the trivia contest last night at the library. So much fun, and we appreciated the work that went into organizing it. A great outing to combat the polar temperatures we've been battling. We are lucky to have such a great library in our township.

Love this library! I been going since I was 6-7 years old & have lots of great memories! Especially on the bus mobile! I enjoy going to this library still as an adult, they taught me how to crochet & it’s my new little hobby! They always have lots of event & I usually recommend people there if they are looking for resources, this library deserves a social work librarian! They are huge and they funded me as Ypsilanti first Youth Poet Laureate so they will forever have my heart! I am so glad to be apart of this community and they have amazing librarians!

It's a library. We take it for granted, but let's say it out loud: good collection, especially puzzles and games; friendly staff; easy to get to; community events. Long live the Public Library system.
