My daughter's boyfriend recommended this as a great place for lobster rolls for lunch for the 8 of us. He said they make the best lobster rolls, he was not wrong. Full of lobster, light mayonnaise, which I strongly prefer, and very reasonably priced. That said there are no frills, its a shack and its all about the lobster roll. There is no indoor seating and very little places to sit outside, but good views of the water. Clam chowder was good but a little thin. If your in the mood for a delicious lobster roll, full of lobster this is the place to go. Side Note: Don't forget to bring money its cash only.

A perfect New England bite on a beach day! Walking distance from Rock Harbor Beaches. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The chowder was creamy and rich, the lobster was tender with a slight sweetness. It is mayo style lobster roll, not butter fyi. Simple no fuss bun. Lobster roll was $18, which we found very reasonable for the Cape and the freshness. Cup of chowder was $6 and they gave us plenty of crackers and napkins. They also sell fresh brownies and soft drinks $2. Lovely small business, would visit again in a heartbeat!

I used to order lobster rolls when younger and then decided at some time that I didn’t really like them. However, I thought I’d try them again and, wow, the lobster roll was so good that I went back in to order another. The lobster meat was so tender and sweet with a little mayo. I would’ve like a toasted roll but I absolutely get that they wouldn’t offer that option. It’s simple - a lobster roll with a bag of chips and for $19 (!!) The clam chowder was yummy with potatoes and clams with a medium thick base. Sometimes chowder can be too thick or too thin, and this was indeed just right.

Great stop for a cold lobster roll. They keep it simple with your summer favorites and friendly staff. The lobster roll had a good amount of lobster at $19 and comes with chips. We also enjoyed the haddock chowder and clam chowder. It was nice to eat outside at the marina. Cash only!

Worth stopping by! You can’t beat the price ($19). Lobster is fresh and delicious. One of the bests lobster rolls that I’ve had so far.
