The accomodations are appropriately called "The Cozy". The bed was very comfortable, Free WiFi, nice TV with access to Netflix and more. an adorable little kitchenette off the bedroom with hot plate, microwave, mini fridge, sink. Sliding glass doors open to a nice little patio. Awesomely delightful and delicious homemade items provided for breakfast. Great location Nauset Beach nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful B&B very much. Marge was a wonderful host, we had a question about the room layout before we booked and she was very through answering those and sent us some pictures to give us a good idea. We stayed in a Cozy room, and it was perfect for the two if us. The room was very clean and had all of the necessities in the kitchen. The bathroom was private and a very good size. It was very enjoyable to sit on the patio in the mornings and listen to birds. The grounds are kept beautifully. We had a very good experience and hope to return again.

I stayed, with a friend, in their "Suite" and upon entering we immediately felt as if we had just opened the door to our very own home away from home. Morning tea, and most of our meals were enjoyed on the deck of the suite which was like dining in a tree house as we were surrounded by a stunning Japanese Maple and a larger than life Butterfly bush. In the yard, we enjoyed an explosion of bright pink as the Crepe Myrtle was in bloom. This was the third time that we have stayed at this comfortable B&B. We stayed in the suite, which was immaculately clean, has a comfortable bed, private bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room with plenty of seating. It's nice to be able to cook your own breakfast using the food items provided by the hosts on your own schedule. There are also pleasant outdoor sitting areas. We have also stayed here with another couple who stayed in the Cozy. We each had our privacy but had lots of room to be together in the suite's kitchen and living room. The owners are friendly and helpful.

I stayed in the Cozy room for 5 nights and it is absolutely adorable and homey and perfect with AC, private bath and a great kitchenette Marge fills with breakfast food for you to cook and coffee and her home made muffins too ! I think the bed is a double but perfect for me a single ! I will definitely come back if my brother rents his cape Cid house again so I have. Place for a second week in East Orleans! It’s like only a 2 mile drive to the Nauset beach but you can bike there if you bring your bikes | . It is so reasonably priced for Cape Cod and it’s like they are family ! So nice!! They also have a much larger unit that sleeps 4 with a full kitchen and living room so it’s great for a family , ! The WiFi worked great ! The tv is small in the Cozy room but who cares you are on Cap
