Young J's Pho and Smoothies

I searched on Google for a pho restaurant and ended up coming here. Google listed it as a restaurant, so we drove quite a long way to check it out. When we arrived, we realized it was actually just a food truck. That was very misleading. I brought a friend here for a farewell meal because the place had five-star reviews on Google, but the experience was really disappointing. After placing our order, we had to wait a long time, and there were no tables or chairs available. We ended up taking the food to a nearby park to eat, and by then it was already dark. The pho noodles were quite broken up, and the chicken wings were overly seasoned and very heavy in flavor. The only thing that was fairly decent was the shrimp rolls. Overall, it was a pretty frustrating and disappointing experience.

We stopped at Young J’s Pho and Smoothies and had a great experience! The pho was hot, flavorful, and really hit the spot — you can tell it’s made fresh and with care. We also tried an Italian soda, which was super refreshing and a perfect pairing with the meal. Friendly service, quick turnaround, and a great local food truck vibe. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in Fort Gibson — we’ll be back! Photo taken after we ate, the phone definitely didn’t eat first.

My wife and I were passing by and decided to stop by to try their foods…We tried the pho and chicken teriyaki. They were both delicious. Will definitely come back again.

Stopped by last weekend and loved the fried rice and egg rolls. Didn't try the pho yet but will next time we in the area.
