YOSUMI RAMEN

Yosumi Ramen is a fantastic newer spot that genuinely surprised me in the best way. We originally stopped in for sushi, and everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The quality definitely exceeded expectations for a newer restaurant in the area. The staff was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. You can tell they care about what they’re doing. The space itself is clean, modern, and comfortable…perfect for a casual lunch or an easy dinner out. I didn’t try the ramen this time, but after seeing it come out for other tables, I’m absolutely getting it on my next visit. It looked incredible. All in all, Yosumi Ramen is definitely worth a try, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend giving them a shot

Such a hidden gem all the way in Novato! The broth for tonkatsu ramen was SO rich! Creamy! I haven’t had a broth this good in S.F. in a long time. They give you a whole onsen egg cut in half. The chasu was thinly sliced and tender. And full of flavor. After I slurped all the noodle and drained the last bit of broth, I felt warm and fuzzy.

I had really good ramen here! It wasn’t necessarily the most authentic, but the portions were large, and it had a lot of fixins (in the chicken black garlic ramen). Kind staff, convenient location.

* Returned in October 2025, and bringing up the Star rating. Broth was tasty in the tonkatsu ramen and very filling. Chicken Curry dish was good. They turned off some of the overhead lights to help with a “not so bright room” Good call! * Review when they first opened: Do you ever find yourself craving ramen or something Asian? I am so happy that this spot opened up in Novato! We had the edamame (glad they serve it warm), the curry chicken katsu don and tonkatsu miso ramen. You can control the spiciness in your dish by adding their homemade chili oil!

Ordered a takoyaki and salmon philly sushi via phone and picked up in store. The best takoyaki so far, I have ordered takoyaki from different places: some are salty, some are bland, some have too much sauce, or too little filling. The sushi is fresh and delicious. I would love to come back and try their ramen dine in ofcourse.
