Yoshinoya

I ordered a combo XL with skinless teriyaki chicken and teriyaki ribeye (which both cost extra) and the chicken has skin on it, for an XL combo there was only one chicken breast cut up. For what it costs this is completely unacceptable. It’s hit or miss with the people back there cooking.

Atmosphere feels lacking food is delicious but everytime I order, I am always missing items always one or 2 bowls its my fault I don't pay attention when I am there but today alone when I ordered I was short two combo bowls a set of spring rolls and 2 cups. This isn't a rare occurrence at this store so please pay attention.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Jennifer for her amazing customer service! My parents order food from this Yoshinoya often, and when I went inside to pick up their online order, Jennifer was incredibly friendly, sweet, and super attentive. She made the whole experience so pleasant that I honestly thought she was the manager! She said she isn’t, but she definitely should be. Yoshinoya needs more people like her. Thank you, Jennifer, for being awesome!

Food is always pretty good. They do go a little crazy with the teriyaki sauce on the chicken so I ask for it on the side now. I don't love that the beef is an extra charge. Just seems like a shady move to kinda sneak in an extra charge when they know people go there for the beef. It's called "BEEF bowl". Also, one MAJOR thing I hate about this place is the smell inside. They have some sort of plumbing issue because it smells like backed up sewage. Kinda gross. It smacks you right in the face as soon as you walk in. If it wasn't a comfort food for me I would just turn around and walk out once I smelled that.

Coupons Rip Off pay more Beef. Falsely This place is not transparent on their pricing. They have a picture of a combo plate with chicken & beef with the name "Combo plate" for $13. But they end up charging you an extra $1.50 for beef. They cheat you right before you're about to pay. For that fact alone, I'm never coming back here. I dont appreciate hidden fees. Just have have clear pricing and be upfront about
