My husband bought karage chicken and they burn it and it taste oil….. not good at all…. Will never buy on this location anymore…

Cashier is careless in taking the order (I hope she didn’t do it intentionally) as she got both my friend’s and my order wrong. My friend asked for “make it a meal” and ordered the grilled chicken but the cashier took her order at the a la carte price and ordered grilled ribeye (I don’t know how she can mistaken chicken to ribeye), my friend ended up paying $17 for what supposed to be $14. My friend informed the staff to change back to the chicken but the staff didn’t bother to refund the addition $2. For my order I mentioned two to three times it’s a MEAL and the cashier made it right this time, but not sure where the large soda +$0.5 from as I only said regular Pepsi. I know we should talk to the cashier on the spot but honestly not bother given their “welcomeness” , just be careful when

⭐ 1-Star Review Cold food, rude managers, and zero accountability. I went to this Yoshinoya on August 8, 2025, around 11:20 PM and spent over $35. The food was cold, tasted old, and most of my order was wrong — wrong drink, missing sauce, cold edamame, and overcooked tempura shrimp. I called and spoke with Rosalia, who apologized and promised to replace my entire meal on another day. She took my name and number. When I came back with my receipt, she suddenly denied our conversation, and another manager, Julia, was rude, dismissive, and refused to give me or anyone’s name. I also reached out to Carol (store manager) and Kevin (upper management) multiple times — no one has responded. This is ridiculous. I just want my refund and for someone to take responsibility before I have to escalat

Great value. Especially if you get the coupons in the mail or download the app. I like the grilled beef & the shrimp. My son the tilapia. They also have a good cheese cake. Friendly, fast. I also prefer the NOT SO FRIED RICE & the steamed vegetables. They do a good job social distancing. Go in throw one door, out throw another..Face mask that cover both mouth & nose mandated. Clean.

Do not order the XL bowls, all you get more is rice not the protein. Was very disappointed in portion since but XL. False advertising
