Honestly this is hands down the BEST Crumbl Cookies location I’ve ever been to and I’ve tried a lot of them. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming, the staff is super friendly, and everything feels clean, fresh, and organized. The cookies are always warm, soft, and perfectly made you can tell they actually care about quality here. Every time I come, the flavors are consistent and look exactly like the photos (which is rare these days). What really makes this location special is the service. The team goes above and beyond, moves fast, and still treats every customer with a smile. You don’t feel rushed you feel appreciated. If you’re in California, this is THE Crumbl location to go to. He had a great personality and was genuinely funny, which made the whole interaction enjoyable. He was fast and efficient, made sure my cookies looked great, and had me check them before I left to be sure everything was perfect. Jonathan’s friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly made my visit a great one. I really appreciated how positive and upbeat he was it definitely made my day! Great experience I was greeted with a smile and a lot of enthusiasm and the young man that was there answered all my questions and got my order it quick. I had the Dubai chocolate cheesecake amazing, the thin chocolate chip yummy melts in your mouth very soft, the Carmel apple amazing and the snickerdoodle fire 🔥

I actually walked in because of the window advertisement. I was next door getting boba for my daughters and saw a chocolate chip cookie in the window that was broken in half with the chocolate looking all melted and gooey. I said okay… let me try that. The store was empty except for the employee working, so it felt calm and quiet. I ordered one large chocolate chip cookie. Last time I came here, the cookies were a little dry, so I was hoping this time would be different. I even asked if the chocolate would be melted and gooey like the picture. He said he would give me a fresh one. When I got it, the chocolate chips were still firm and not melted like the advertisement. For the price of one cookie, I expected it to match what was shown. I’m so upset I saw this hair in my cookie after taking a bite. I should’ve asked for a refund after the guy was pushing the trash can and went to box up our cookies without even changing his gloves. When I mentioned it to him, he laughed like it was funny.
