Yolanda’s Dominican Food

Authentic Dominican Food, I have gotten food here 4 times in the past week. The Mofogo is amazing no matter what type you get, the cheese one came with lots of extra cheese I couldn’t wait to start eating before taking the picture. The soups here are also always on point my favorite so far has been the sancocho. The chicken soup is delicious and hearty, they also add a side of rice for it.

Yolanda’s Dominican Food is a gem in Elmhurst! The food is authentic, flavorful, and always fresh — from classic Dominican dishes to daily specials that taste homemade. The portions are generous, and everything is served with that home-cooked touch that makes you feel like you’re eating in someone’s kitchen. The service is just as great as the food. Yolanda and her team are welcoming, attentive, and make sure you feel comfortable every time you visit. We had a great time having this delicious Dominican cuisine! The food had great taste! You can see that the flan dessert didn’t last one second! This family-owned business serve with a smile! Great customer service and the space is squeaky clean and comfortable!

I ordered shrimp mofongo. In the picture the sauce was white and creamy and I got a red sauce instead. The red sauce is okay a little salty but okay. I just wished I had the white sauce with my order

I had a great meal here and will definitely come back! The food was delicious, and everything tasted fresh. The menu had a lot of good choices, and the portions were just right. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this place!
