Yogurtland La Verne

Went here and got French vanilla. We stayed and ate the yogurt but mine didn’t look right or taste good plus it had an orange color. I asked the guy if it’s actually French vanilla because it didn’t look or taste good. He laughed in my face and said it is French vanilla. I found that incredibly rude and my brother even said it does not taste or look right either. Plus they couldn’t even check to verify if they may have put the wrong photo up or something. Haven’t been to a Yogurtland like that before but will never be going both there. Crazy

I love yogurt land Claremont there's never a line you can make things however you want put all the toppings you want you just have to pay for how much your yogurt cup weighs I spend a lot of money there. Their fruit is always so fresh and really good mangoes strawberries kiwi blackberries. But I've been to the Laverne location twice and the fruit is crap always almost about to be moldy, it's always soggy, the color is off so I don't know what is up with their store. Also in general, it is very hard to get the rewards points you can't just give them a phone number and sign up you have to go online and put all this information in rather than just giving them a phone number or email or something like that and they could do it for you.

Not too different than other outlets of Yogurtland. They have plastic gloves if you are afraid of catching germs from the dispenser levers. It is quite clean and check out is simple and fast. They did not have cold water dispensers this time but usually they have them. Perhaps they should allow sampling since these are pricey sweet treats.

The two young boys working weren’t the best and I hope management speaks to them about their customer services attitude, coming from someone that works in the same industry. The boy that helped me had given me attitude, then proceeded to be rude about closing the store. Your store and online says 11pm not 10pm, please fix that saw a lot of families disappointed.

I took my two grandsons there on Friday, November 7, 2025. It was about 3 o’clock. My 11 year-old went into the restroom then walked out right away and said it’s filthy. I didn’t go check it out because it was a men’s restroom but for my 11-year-old grandson to say that it must’ve been pretty Darn dirty
