Yogurt Beach Fernley

Yogurt beach is such a wonderful place, and a big part of that is George (not sure if correct spelling). he is an employee there and from the moment you walk in, he greets you with a big smile and a cheerful, "Hey guys, how are you? So glad your back!" He remembers his customers and while we were there, he greeted everyone who walked in like this. He is polite, upbeat and his positive energy make the whole experience outstanding. Not just for us, but everyone around. He is an absolute pleasure and for being a teenager he had the most outstanding customer service I have seen. Thank you!

I stopped by Yogurt Beach for the first time..and it was such a great experience! and even though I've heard it's a Christian company, they did a great job giving it a fun, spooky twist for the season with their music. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering help right away with warm smiles. The toppings were fully stocked, everything looked fresh, and the whole place was very clean. I really appreciated the positive vibe and genuine kindness from the young man with long hair, and the young girl with glasses. I’ll definitely be coming soon again!

YUMMMM!!! So, so Good! Place was very clean, the yogurt and sorbet was incredible, they had topping choices for daaays, and all the fruit was super fresh. I wish I could give 4-1/2 stars. Only because, I was in the store for over 10 minutes taking pictures and looking at all the choices, before the girl ever came out of the back to acknowledge me, she never greeted me, she didn't ask if she could help in any way, didn't act like she cared for her job much, and acted like she couldn't wait til I left. Oh, and the prices are a wee bit high, I didn't even get the biggest cup, though I definitely did fill mine up, total came to over $10...So, ouch on that one, but besides that I thoroughly enjoyed what I got. I tried several flavors, cheesecake, custard, strawberry and the pineapple sorbet...

Went to yogurt beach around 8:30pm, found out that they closed their door early even though online it says they close at 9. Usually I have nothing but the best experience but was a tad bit disappointed when I found out they closed early. I may have possibly missed something about staff going home early or what not.

Absolutely love it! Self serve frozen yogurt. So tasty, Friendly staff, clean, organized, great price.
