I've been here a few times, but this was my first time after the management change. Everything was clean, and the employee behind the counter was friendly and efficient. I saw her cleaning up the counters by the toppings while I was there and she did a great job. Nothing was sticky, which is hard to accomplish when you have so many toppings and your clientele is mostly families and children.

My husband and I love this place! The staff is always so nice and polite, which makes every visit a pleasure. They have a great variety of flavors to choose from and tons of toppings to make it extra fun. Such a treat every time we come by — highly recommend!

So impressed. The shop is so cute and clean. There are so many toppings, sauces, fruits, syrups, whole cookies and brownies to choose from. Large variety of froyo flavors including sugar and dairy free. They have a rewards program too which is great because I’ll be back often. LOVE.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Updated Review (2025) This place is now under new ownership, and the difference is incredible! As soon as you walk in, you can feel how much more clean, organized, and welcoming it is. The atmosphere is bright and comfortable — a perfect place to relax and enjoy a treat with your family. They now offer Boba tea, milkshakes, smoothies, frappes, ice cream, cakes, frozen yogurt, and much more. Everything is well-stocked, fresh, and really tasty. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. It’s also a great spot to take your kids — plenty of options for everyone — and they even offer a 20% military discount, which is awesome to see. This place is sooo cute! The variety is awesome and it was very clean. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The moment I walked in, I planned to bring my family here the next day! However, they are very expensive. Ii cost me $11 for less than a pint. I only had a teaspoon of blueberry sauce but my kids pile the toppings on so this would be a $100 Sunday afternoon for us. Don't think we'll be able to visit. I hope the best for them! But don't know how folks from Monroe could afford to be repeat customers here. 🫤
