Yin & Yang's Carry Out

It was our first time eating here and we would not go back again. We ordered the sweet and sour chicken which tasted so bad it was making me nauseous to eat it. It was like it was was fried in bad oil or something was spoiled. The egg drop soup looked grey and we also got some beef that was described as spicy but was not at all. White rice was very mushy. The only edible thing we ordered was the shrimp fried rice.

Oh wow! This is my go to place from now on! I absolutely loved my beef strip stir fry and even more the won ton soup and amazing veggie egg roll.I can tell the egg roll is home made which brings me back to New York and fond memories if my Dad taking the family to have chinese food Iake Yin Yang my forever Chinese take out Thank you! The price was well worth the dinner.

Yin & Yang’s has always been my go-to spot for Chinese food, but this visit fell short of the usual standard. The food tasted as if it had been sitting for a while—either in the fryer basket or under warmers. The chicken was chewy, and the fried rice lacked its usual flavor and freshness. I did notice they were extremely busy, which may have contributed to the drop in quality, but even during rush times, consistency and flavor are important—especially in a competitive market. We’ll definitely give them another chance because they’ve been great in the past, but this visit was a disappointing experience compared to what we’ve come to expect.

Ordered veggie chow mein and it was literally just a container of vegetables in a bland sauce. There were not any noodles instead only spring onions. $20 for a container of veggies. On top of that they overfilled the sauce and it spilled everywhere. Don’t go here, waste of money.

Delicious! Fast and friendly service. I prefer their chicken and beef over any of their fried selections like sesame chicken, but the freshness of the food is always on point. I love the Mongolian beef and any of the fried rice (though the specialty rice with all the proteins in it is my fave) and my husband loves the moo shu beef and the straw mushroom chicken. We also enjoy sharing the garlic chicken which is probably my overall fave on the menu. The egg rolls are also my absolute favorite and I order them every time. The peanut sauce makes them so perfect and savory.
