Yi Si Cuisine (이씨명가) Duluth

Came here randomly when I wanted Korean food. I thought the restaurant was really nice. I got a beef soft tofu soup which was alright. My friend got the spicy beef and green onion soup and I thought it was really good. The sides were good also and it is a decent price. Overall good and I would come back. Staff if friendly also.

I honestly have nothing remotely bad to say about this spot. I'm mad at myself for waiting so long to try this place. The food is amazing, prices are fair (lunch specials are SO cheap), and service is great! It gets busy for lunch, so plan accordingly! My personal favorites are tofu soup, yi si signature soup, spicy squid bibimbap, but lets be real, everything I've tried so far has been delicious here.

I visited Yi Si Cuisine would rate it 3 out of 5 stars. Service was rough, it took a bit of time for someone to take my order and bring back water. I visited for lunch so I understand it was quite busy, with a few bigger groups of diners. The atmosphere was quite loud and hectic, I had to speak loudly when ordering even though the waiter was at the table. I ordered the Bulgogi Hot Pot (뚝배기불고기), which unfortunately was quite bland and overly sweet for my taste. The side dishes (banchan) were good and enjoyable, though nothing particularly outstanding. Despite the underwhelming main dish, the overall experience was fine, and I’d be willing to come back again to try something different on the menu.

Excellent Authentic Korean Lunch Spot! The food was absolutely amazing authentic Korean flavors that truly impressed. The lunch specials were not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality lunch experience!

I think I go there more than twice a week. The food is just so good, and the prices are really affordable. Whenever I’m with friends or a group, this place is a must-go! We order a variety of dishes and share them, which makes it even better. Honestly, there’s not a single dish on the menu that isn’t delicious. If you haven’t been yet, you must try it. Tomorrow’s lunch? Definitely at Lee’s Myungga! 😂 But go early—there’s especially no seating at lunchtime if you’re late. I already want to eat there again. Also, at some other restaurants, I feel super thirsty afterward, maybe because they use too much MSG, but here I never have that problem. I really enjoyed my meal again today. Thumbs up! 👍
