Yellowfin's Bar & Grill

$-$$. A surprisingly delightful experience that I will be going back for. A creative, consistent, and comfort food focused bar and grill who's menu is perfectly balanced to fit all tastes that walk through the door. The service was very welcoming, attentive, positive and knowledgeable of the menu and helped with recommendations. Alterations to menu items were accepted. The place was well lit with the only thing to note being the noise level which was higher and requires a slightly elevated voice to speak at the table. Shout out to David our waiter and the rest of the wait staff for exceptional service! Would recommend the buffalo chicken dip appetizer which has the perfect balance of buffalo to cheese with the right amount of kick (heat).

Okay, here's a so-so review for the Yellowfin Bar and Grill based on your experience: Yellowfin Bar and Grill: A Mixed First Impression Our first visit to the Yellowfin Bar and Grill on a Saturday night was a bit of a rollercoaster. We encountered a significant wait for a table, which unfortunately seemed to be a symptom of the restaurant being noticeably understaffed. While our waitress was genuinely friendly and did her best, the understaffing definitely impacted the overall service, making it somewhat inconsistent. The cocktail experience was also a bit hit or miss. Some were decent, while others didn't quite measure up. The wait for our food was longer than expected, and to top it off, our order was initially mixed up with another table's. As for the food itself, my Fish and Chips were

First time visit. Our server was awesome. He had an awesome personality and really made the visit a pleasure . He recommended the Maryland 50/50 crab soup. It's 50% cream of crab and 50% Maryland crab. Great recommendation! One of my favorite soups now. The fried shrimp tacos were very good and I would get them again.

We were in town visiting our daughter and looking for a place to have dinner on 7/6/24. We had a few very good options and I'm so glad we chose Yellowfins. It was a Saturday evening around 7 and we waited no longer than 10 minutes to be seated. Drinks arrived quickly and were delicious. The food was also flavorful and was prepared perfectly. I can not stress enough how much you need to try the cakes for dessert if you happen to visit. Delicious doesn't say enough! A truly wonderful visit and we will be returning for sure. The staff are all very friendly and our server Shannon K was amazing!!!

I love the Rockfish sandwich, one of my favorite fish sandwiches of all time.
