Been going to Nana & Pops for five years now. Best value and quality ice cream and Italian ice in Lower Delaware. If you are in the Long Neck area I highly recommend you stop by. Just remember to bring cash… they don’t take credit cards

This place is everything. I got to visit this adorable place when I was in town visiting family. I got a gelati and it was truly so good I haven’t stopped thinking about it since. I was born & raised in the Philly burbs so I take my gelati game seriously. The women who run the place let me try a newer flavor called tiger blood and I got it in my gelati and oh my gawd - I’ll dream of it the rest of my life. Also they are so sweet when it comes to bringing your dogs. They have my dog the cutest pup cup on the house. It made his and my night. I demand the locals protect this place at all costs!!!! It is a small business with the type of ice cream and water ice most of us haven’t seen since we were kids (for those of us old enough). Nostalgic vibes and a 10/10 on flavor. Truly. What

Love this place. Have a big variety of different flavor ice creams. Service is fast and friendly and prices reasonable. Went back many times. They have new combinations of ice cream that's amazing!

customer service was awful, the older lady was rude and unkind. she refused to help with allergies. on top of all this, she blew her nose and then grabbed the ice cream and when getting whipped cream she used her mouth to open the container. disgusting, do not come here will not be coming here again. The outside area was damaged, and kids got hurt easily. the ice cream itself was nothing special, not worth time or money.

Tonight me and my son went there like we do all the time and but tonight a lady there got very smart and not friendly at all!! He ask for sour apple (which he got there before) they lady made a remark like “ does it look like it’s up there “ then I went to grab a few napkins out of the holder once the lady show me do that she had the associate switch out the holder like I contaminated the whole thing or something….and no it did need to be filled. Very poor customer service.. never said have a nice day.. not even a how are you… I spend a lot when they are open each year and I didn’t appreciate that!! ALL customers should be treated the same
