I subscribed to Family Tree magazine. I could not read previous issues I could not sign into Family Tree Magazine. It said I did not have an account. The only place I could sign in was Yankee publishing and the only thing that you can see on their website is your account number and the purchase or invoice, I talked with Customer Service. I filled out the contact form on Family Tree magazine and Yankee publishing explaining and no one got back with me and then I said I was going to have to cancel if I couldn’t access anything and instead of contacting me and trying to help me, their solution was they canceled my subscription, I would never do business with them again I don’t recommend subscribing to anything that Yankee publishing Company publishes because of their delightful friendly Custo

the home of the Old Farmers Almanac and Yankee Magazine you can actually go on You tube and see live cam of the building. they Write and publish Yankee magazine a magazine all about the New England area if you ever vacation up here this is much better than those tourist books and you can enjoy New England life just like a local. The Old Farmers almanac has been published for over 225 years it has fun useful information for everyday life and gardening at your fingertips.

Paid for a subscription to Family Tree Magazine in Feb but no magazine and it's now July. Tried to reach someone via their recommended e-mail address (multiple times) - no response. Tried Facebook chat (multiple times) - no response. Finally reached somebody today who was obviously overseas. She was nice enough but I could not understand what she was saying. Just horrible customer service.

Yankee Magazine sends me multiple requests to purchase items from their New England SHOP site. I recently made a purchase of (6) items that are time sensitive and received (1) WRONG item. The item I received was for a customer in West Springfield, MA. After multiple tries to contact the number on my order confirmation I was told someone will contact me... IN TWO to THREE DAYS. Not acceptable, Yankee Magazine. Your lack of attention to customer service will make me look elsewhere in the future.
