The past 2 times I have been to get chicken fingers they have been very dry. I spent $30 on a family pack that was HORRIBLE! Went again today 7/4/25 and the chicken was so DRY. called up there to express our problem but was told it was fresh. We then took the chicken back up there and let them see for themselves. The very young girl with an aweful attitude agreed it was dry, the ends are dry but the middle isn't is the response we got. Do better. Hire better employees. You guys were VERY RUDE and in denial.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced they never answer the phone and the ladies that work at the register are rude as all get out went the other day to grab a biscuit from the drive thru and I watched one lady run to the back gone 5-10 mins…. Nothing mind u this is in the morning on my way to work was almost late after that ordeal. I think I’m good on coming back here the breakfast is good (except the service 0/10 rating for that) and lunch is as mid as it gets. Get some people that actaully want to work in here I might change my mind other wise stay away!!!

Usually love the family packs and friendly southern hospitality of this place; however this afternoon around 2pm on may 2nd my husband and I came by the window and wanted to place a order. The women had the worst attitude. She choose not to listen and walked away. We drove away because we deserve better service. We took our services to a place happy to take our order.

The place used to be great. It now is the dirtiest store located in Boaz. The concrete is busted up everywhere and there are even a pair of shoes hanging on a line outside. The food also used to be great. The last few times I got chicken it was so hard that it should t have been fed to anyone or anything! It’s best they tear it down and put a profitable business in its place!
