Wow Pho & Grill

To start off the Vietnamese coffee was amazing!! 10/10. I wish I could drink it every day. I had a take out order so maybe that’s why it was not as good as all of the other reviews… the staff was nice though. I think it is overpriced: The dumplings had no flavor and tasted watery almost like they were frozen and just reheated. I got the pork sandwich and the pork was freezing cold. I expected it to be warm. I think the sandwich would be better if the bread was toasted on the grill and the meat was warm… the sauce was a little too sweet but not terrible, toppings were good. I also got the lemongrass chicken, the noodles were good but the texture of the chicken was weird and not sure about the vinegar sauce.

We've been to Wow Pho and Grill a few times, and overall, it’s a pretty decent spot for Vietnamese food. The pho and other dishes are generally good, but nothing exceptional. The flavors are there, but the food can be a bit inconsistent at times, especially when ordering takeout. We've had a few instances where the dishes aren't prepared using the same ingredients, or the pho broth didn’t seem as flavorful as usual. Another downside is the slow service. Even when the restaurant isn’t very busy, it tends to take quite a while for food to arrive. This is especially noticeable when ordering takeout — it’s not unusual for the order to be delayed, sometimes significantly. That said, when everything comes together, it's a pretty solid meal. Really REALLY awesome beef pho I get it all the time especially if I’m under weather. Wonderful staff very nice and accommodating

I understand now why this place was empty when we walked in, even with that being the case, we were given cold, clearly semi-reheated food. I placed my order at 9:14p through the UberEats app, and picked it up 9:38 (7 mins after getting the message it was ready). The staff was nice and offered to re-cook the food, but I’m sure it was just a reheat of food that had been sitting there. The shrimp was gummy and looked dirty. The current grade from the health inspector is a ‘B’ for good reason. We spent well over a $100 and it was terrible quality. The staff acknowledged the food was cold and told me I had to cook it at home. That defeats the purpose of takeout, right? Very frustrating. Never again.

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for years now and it is truly our favorite restaurant ever! ⭐️ The food is not only AMAZING - but it is always consistent. The service is amazing and the food always comes out fast, hot, and yummy! The vibe inside is always great too, plus the music is always fire! 1000000/10 !! ☺️
