World Fish Market

I had a taste for fried fish, and a friend put me on to this spot one Saturday. It was so good I had to order again a few days later! The place is super clean, the staff is really nice, and the food is just delicious. Definitely worth checking out! You won’t be disappointed!

Delicious, I had Cod and sweet potatoes (fish and chips). Very tasty and good portions. I put hot sauce and ketchup.

There are very few places in Greater Hartford area where you can have good fishes. This is one of them. Every time I ended up with a good amount of bill but still think the price is reasonable and justified. You will have plenty of options including live crab, fresh prawns. The staffs are attentive and quick but you might have a little waiting time due to lot of customers. They clean it and cut it good,bad and ugly( read as small, med and big pieces) as you ask them to do. I visited two more fish shops in nearby towns and found this one best so far.. you will find some frozen fishes, grocery items and spices too..

It is okay if you don’t mine your fish wet. I went there the first time and the favors were there but when you cut into the fish it was wet causing the whole box to get mushy. I tried a second time where I clearly asked them to make crisp ( it was on the receipt and the cashier told them verbally) and still wet. I couldn’t eat it. $ 40 dollars wasted so I will not be returning. Too bad the fish had potential.

Wonderful service, you pick your own seafood. It's a fresh , clean atmosphere 👌 , you decide how much of a portion you want fresh, and not everything is packaged. Blue crabs are amazingly alive , large or small & fresh, and so are the lobsters 🦞 . I highly recommend coming here to ALL seafood lovers 😋 😍. Here is my Crab Seafood Salad that I made using fresh seafood from World Fish Market. It was a hit dish at our Pastor's birthday party. He told me it was his favorite dish , the best he's ever had. .
