Woodward House On Manor Grade, B&B

Absolutely 10/10. This sweet and charming 100 year old home was the best weekend get away. The sweet ladies that run the bed and breakfast were so kind, caring ,and ensured we had everything we could possibly need. Breakfast was incredible! More food than you could possibly eat! Fresh baked goodies and omelets made from eggs laid from the sweet chickens raised on the property. Such a charming building. Rooms are very cozy and neat. Don't hesitate to book with these sweet ladies!!

We have been staying at the Woodward House since 1993. We stayed there many, many times for both business and pleasure. We have brought family and friends there too! We LOVE the Woodward House on Manor Grade! The hospitality, comfy beds, their "skip a lunch" breakfast is not to be missed, homemade cookies in our room, mingling with other guests at the complimentary bar are just a few of the many reasons we love this B&B.

My husband and I wanted to find a place close to Shenandoah National Park and this B&B was absolutely amazing. A real gem with perfectly appointed rooms and outstanding food, we loved our stay. Kathy, Joan, and Bob are fantastic hosts. Definitely recommend!

This was our first visit to any B&B and it was a great experience. Joanie and Lisa were fantastic host. We had a nice evening on the porch with drinks and snacks while watching a full moon rising over the mountains. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The room was very nice with everything we could need and the bed was very comfortable. We were greeted in the morning with a view of the sun over the mountains, fresh coffee, and a phenomenal breakfast of fresh fruits, oatmeal, delicious warm pecan rolls, and incredible omelets. Skip lunch plans as you’ll be too full from breakfast. This place is run by the nicest people ever! They serve a 'skip the lunch' breakfast. It is actually made to order! Our rooms (we had 2) each had a parlor and a bedroom. There was a mini fridge and snacks, including homemade cookies. We were invited to have beer or wine as well. Amazing place!
