Woodrow House Bed & Breakfast

We spent 2 nights in the Caboose. It was awesome!!! There is a portion that is like a sitting room, with a couch and a small table with 2 chairs. This is the room with the sink, small refrigerator, and a microwave. The middle portion is where the tall bit of the caboose is and the Engineer(s) sit. It provides some storage places, and just past that is the toilet/sink area on one side and the shower on the other side. The next portion is the bedroom, which is quite small, but who needs more than a bed? The bed was comfortable and the whole caboose was clean and tidy.||The main house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the dining room was also decorated with a snow theme. Excellent location next to the university campus, walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cosy and furnished in an old fashion way. Very charming. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. It was a wonderful experience. I plan to go back

My husband and I were passing through Lubbock and were lucky enough to land at the Woodrow House B&B. Dawn greeted us and made us feel right at home from the minute we entered the house. Our room was spotless and comfortable, so comfortable it was the best night's sleep I'd had in several weeks. The breakfast was amazing with sweet potato pancakes, good coffee, eggs, and hash browns. We met a wonderful group of high school students who were getting ready to present to Texas Tech. If you're in Lubbock, I highly recommend you stay at the Woodrow House B&B.

PERFECT place to stay while visiting your college kid. Breakfast is fantastic. Hospitality is wonderful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We tried the caboose for something different and it was really cool. I did peak in one of the rooms in the house and it appeared clean and comfortable.

What a great experience! We came to town to see my fiancée’s family and we found a home for all our future visits. The location was great and right next to campus. We stayed in the Buddy Holly room. The bed was extremely comfortable and very clean. We hung out in the pool on a hot day and got some sun. They had sunscreen out just in case we forgot our own. They think of everything! Breakfast was delicious and a real treat. We will absolutely be back.
