Honestly speaking, I have visited this place at least 3 times while in Lubbock. Have not noticed the slightest difference in food taste, quality and friendly people. Every visit was a special treat for me. The fresh taste is fantastic and very authentic to the core. If you are around or nearby, make the visit and you won’t regret it.

Cyrus Kabob was a total gem! I highly recommend visiting them.The atmosphere was great we were waited on by the loveliest young woman. She smiled at us and answered ALL our questions about the food. She made wonderful suggestions for dinner and we enjoyed all that we were served! I had the orange pepper Joojeh chicken with onion peppers and rice. Let me tell you I’ve never experienced chicken grilled to perfection outside my grill! She mentioned her parents were the cooks I just wanna say you guys are great cooks! Love your food and plan on coming back! Our table also ordered the SPECIAL Hot Tea not just the hot tea! I've never tried Persian food before and have always been so curious about it- so today, I decided to give it a try! My husband and I ordered the following: Orange pepper Joojeh Kabob, Koobideh & Joojeh, Shirazi salad, and Baklava. We both really enjoyed our meals because everything was so full of flavor: the chicken & beef were seasoned well, the rice was nice and buttery, and the Baklava was so good! The Shirazi was okay, but that's just my opinion. I will definitely be back to try the other items on their menu. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

Decided to check out this small Persian restaurant . You place the order at the register, and they will bring the food to the table. I was particularly surprised and really enjoyed the black tea. Not just the charming presentation, but the saffron rock candy in a stick completely changes the flavor. It also comes with a date in a lovely container, and I was fascinated by the tea spoon ( had never seen anything like it. The place has a really charming, quaint atmosphere, that makes you feel instantly at ease. The space is cozy and inviting, and the décor adds a nice touch of character. The food itself was okay— just not particularly memorable. Service was excellent, however the food was terrible. The joogeh kabob (Chicken kabob) was kinda dry . My friend and I really enjoyed this place. We were enthusiastically greeted and sat ourselves, the hostess offered to help us if we liked, and the food was tasty with large portions. I like spicy food so I opted for "hot" and it did not disappoint, being right on the edge of taste bud numbingly spicy with the salad providing cool relief: perfect! We'll be back.
