I been a client for many (at least 8, maybe more) years, having been with company since I first started offering service through downtown Springfield. I love being part of a local network and a team that really cared about it local customers. Unfortunately, over the years the service has gotten worse, Without any upgrades offered, yet I still pay the same as the day I initiated service. Over the last year we’ve had 14+ days of no service for more than one hour, and 11 of those days it was all day. Most of the time when we call to report the outage, the only option that you’re given eventually is to leave a message or to text for customer service for a canned response.
