Hawaiian Bros Island Grill

The musubi is extremely underwhelming. I would recommend bento box or raku for authentic Hawaiian tasting musubi. The Honolulu chicken tastes uncanny to bourbon chicken at most Chinese restaurants. The Mac salad lacked any flavor profile. Not a lot of Aloha in the food unfortunately.

Woah!!! This blew me away! Seriously, this is very good food. First off there was live music and it was packed. I was helped with my order and my food came out in about 4 minutes. I went opening day and ordered the mixed big plate. I ordered half Molokai and half Luau. It’s seriously good! Molokai- the meat was tender and delicious! This Teriyaki was phenomenal. It paired so well with the rice and the flavor was next level. Luau- this shredded pork was juicy and tender. Its flavor is good, and it pairs well with the rice. Now, to be perfectly honest it needed something so I added the pineapple BBQ and oh my! That is some of the best BBQ sauce I’ve ever had. This combination was next level! Finally! I won't have to go to KC for Hawaiian Brothers! Grand opening and everyone was so friendly. Thanks to the young man who helped me with my gift certificate. My Huli Huli chicken plate was great! ☺️

All of the above! I'm a Hawaiian islanders from the island of Oahu so I'm giving huge props for them even making it possible for Springfield Missouri to have them. Only there are no islanders working there. None of them got my Hawaiian pidgin English or island humor. The Hawaiian island vibes are missing, but I understand. No true islanders are going to move to the mainland just to serve it. 😆🤣😂 I'm just glad it's here!
