WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

How hard is it? I tip every time. The sandwich says it comes with pickles, but the last four times it had no pickles. We were told by the owner that if we want pickles to add in the comments, WHICH I DID, and still no freaking pickles. I will no longer be tipping.

The price of the wings have gone up. I have no problem with that but don't take the price up and then change your meat package. Now the wings are small. This place use to hit, good size wings, good fried rice and the service was good. On this order, wings were tiny and fried rice lacked flavor. Service was still decent but I felt robbed when I saw the tiny wings. 📸 below

Apparently the staff is too dense to follow simple instructions: I literally ordered a Philly...just meat and cheese...nothing else. I just received my food via Door Dash and after waiting for an hour, what did I get? Basically an onion sandwich. Accident? Perhaps, if it wasn't the third time this has happened. Dont waste your money on this place.

Okay, I love a good burger and this indeed was a good burger. BUT the meat to bun and toppings ratio is SO OFF!!! The patty is paper thin. I got my burger without pickles and jalapenos and even still. I mean.....just look. The patty is almost not there. It didn't have much flavor. The slaw was good. It was more a slaw burger with a small patty on top. I'll try the wings next time cause the burger was a fail.

I went to the ellenwood location and ordered my food the young lady was very sweet. So I got my food and took it home to eat the honey lemon pepper I ordered had so much lemon pepper seasoning on it, it dried up the rest of the blood I had damn next time easy on the seasoning and more of the honey
