was in town for a few days visiting my grandmother in the hospital, and this spot was right down the street. The first night I ordered the turkey burger and the cheesesteak egg rolls — the egg rolls were so good. I wasn’t a big fan of the turkey burger, but it didn’t stop me from going back the next night. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and the egg rolls again, and they did not disappoint. Customer service was amazing, the place was very clean, and even though I went close to closing, everything was still fresh. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

I recently ordered the 2025 Family Tailgate Pack ($30.99) and a Steakburger, but unfortunately, the meal really missed the mark. While the variety on the menu looks great in advertisements, the actual food quality didn't live up to the hype. • The Family Tailgate Pack: We tried both the WNB Mild and Hot sauces. While the wings were cooked fine, the "wow factor" and depth of flavor just weren't there. It felt flat compared to how the brand is marketed. • The Sides: We had a mix of French fries, fried pickles, and paid an upcharge for onion rings. They were okay, but nothing stood out as premium or freshly made. • The Steakburger ($8.99): I ordered a single beef patty as a lettuce wrap with mayo (no cheese). The wings were top tier, especially the Honey Garlic. The burger was well-flavored and clearly made from good quality meat. And the service was incredibly friendly and helpful! They’ve got a LOT of combos and options for you to choose from.

Just ate for the first time at WNB Factory. My husband and I were in the mood for a burger and fries so that's all we ate, but the food looked as good as it does on the menu, which is hardly ever the case with takeout food. Burgers were big and juicy and the fries were nice and thick. Will definitely be back! Glad this is now a choice for when we want to grab food to-go instead of cooking.

I had the 6 piece boneless wing combo. I got the jerk chicken flavor it was awesome. Wings were awesome and delicious.
