Winters Quarters Water N Ice

This place is very cute. Yummy ice cream, and my toddler loves the atmosphere. I also love the little step stool they have so your kid and hop on and be able to see all of the flavors without you having to pick them up. My son loves to be able to stand on it and point to the ice cream he wants! I've been here many times and continue to tell people about it!

Such a great local spot to get ice cream and treats but also get water. The staff is always so thoughtful and helpful.

The kids working there were nice, but the ice cream was not only very small scoops but tasted not fresh. The worst part is they must not wash the scoops because all of our ice creams tasted like multiple different flavors. Such a shame, this place is unique w/the coin shooting. Also could use a strong cleaning, never seen anyone clean there or a manager so we stopped going. Last time we went was in the summer 30 min prior to close in 2025.

The cutest hidden gem!! I had never been there before, and actually heard about it from a friend. Serves thrifty ice cream, sodas, hot food, and vibes!!

Heads up, They don’t have a very large water tank and will limit you if you need more than 3-4 jugs of water even if it’s your first visit and didn’t know.
