Smashburger

Joseph is a rockstar! Best customer service I’ve ever had at a smash burger! We absolutely love the Mac and Cheese burger! We came in to pick up an order and noticed something a little off we let Joseph know about it and he handled the situation very professionally!

First time trying smashburger and it did not disappoint. PLEASE bring the chain to Washington state, especially if all of your employees are as friendly and welcoming as Joseph. The burgers are WAY better than the other chains and we LOVE that college softball was on in the dining room. This will be our first stop every time we’re back in town.

Amazing food and excellent service! Joseph and team were awesome! They were so fun and friendly and made is a great experience. The sweet potato fries, chile cheese dog, and shake were all delish! Highly recommended!

So this is the first time the wife and I ever visited this particular location of smashburger and I got to say it's now become our number one stop. The manager, I think he's the manager anyway, named Thor greeted us when we were only 3 ft in the entrance. The man was friendly and talkative. We chatted about how long we'd all been in Arizona and what it changed and the difference in cities what changed. Then when we started to order, he made recommendations as well as making sure that I had the app to get a discount on our order. This is a guy that knows how to deliver great customer service as well as create long-term value for the franchise.
