Wingstop

We were a little hesitant to checkout this location due to prior reviews. Agree the wait time was around 20-30 minutes but it was very busy both take-out and dine-in. I’d expect that type of wait time at other places too. Food was excellent, portion and price was very good. Would recommend others to go. Dine-in seating was ok, not a huge place but wings were tasty.

I first tried it a month ago and the chicken was not cooked fully so I tried again today and it was delivered through GrubHub. The food came cold as ice and the chicken was seasoned to much like they poured a whole bottle of lemon pepper season the meat and the seasoning on the fries, so I just paid $48 and had to throw it all away. I will never order there again. If I could give a 0 it would be.

This is my second time coming here, and not my first time experiencing issues. Went here with some friends and ordered for take out and got the Louisiana Rub chicken tenders, which is a dry rub. Chicken came swimming in grease with most of the seasoning washing off, and my fries did not come with the seasoning I ordered. My three other friends experienced the same issue with their order, threw most of our food away (minus the fries) as it was disguising. On top of it, we received someone’s door dash order mixed in with the rest of ours. We didn’t notice until we got home, hopefully she got her correct order.

My fiancé and I ordered some wings and they had recently opened. We ordered online and had an additional wait once we went in to pick up our order, but this was to be expected since it’s brand new. The employees were doing their best as disgruntled customers hurled insults at them. It is true, though, that the employees were not wearing gloves. The food was alright and I know they will continue to get better as they work out their system in a new store. We will be back when the lines aren’t as long!

Ordered online and my order was ready as soon as I arrived at the estimated time. There wasn't a cashier, but a kitchen staff member did acknowledge those of us who were waiting. The boneless chicken wings were delicious and crispy. I would rate 5 stars, but I got the voodoo fries, asked for them extra crispy/well done and they were not.
