Wingstop

I had a really good experience at this Wingstop location. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and everything moved quickly and smoothly. The place was clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which made the whole visit feel relaxed. My order was handled with care, and the service overall was solid and professional. It’s always nice when a spot gets the basics right, and this Wingstop definitely did. I’ll be stopping by again.

Walked in at 8pm to order in person and the workers ignored us. We stood there for 8 minutes, where two people saw us (one asked if we were picking up, the other was coming back from a bathroom break) and and no one came back to take our order. I said “hello?” a few times and heard a worker say “they’re saying hello”. after waiting another 2 minutes, I left. As I got in the car to order from a different location, I watched three cars pull up, walk in and quickly get their pickup orders. Of course, that made me more mad. It’s upsetting because the food is good but I’d rather spend my money at a place where customer service isn’t bad.

Very hit or miss. I've been several times, and the understaffing is very apparent. You might have to wait several minutes just to speak to someone at the register. A positive point is the guy Victor who works there, he's always friendly and helpful. When it isn't busy, the food is good and order correct. When it's busy? Forget about any consistency. Store is way too small. Tonight was the kicker, I showed up at 9:30 on a random Tuesday, and they were so behind on orders, they wouldn't even take any new ones! It's open until 1am so this was just ridiculous. I'm only giving a 3 because my past experiences have been better. Tonight was a ZERO since they wouldn't even put my order in.

Everytime i come here the cashier has is unpleasant I ask for my wings to be well done and they tell me 20 to 25 min. only to bring them out in 5 minutes and they're not well done I have to always send them back. I will never patronize this place again and I'm gonna let all my family and friends know. I ordered 10 bone- in hot wings for 17 bucks and some change and they had the nerve to charge me for the blue cheese sauce. Every other establishment that I've ordered hot wings from threw in one blue cheese sauce with my purchase they won't get rich off of me. Never again.

Although there is a long wait for wings, the freshness is way better than the Linden store. The younger man cashier is cold and doesn't speak or say the basics like, "What can I get for you?" Nevermind the cashier, because the food I have received has always been good. One time they forgot the sauce. The fries were hot a crispy and lots of meat on the bones of the wings. I tried Hot Honey and Lemon Pepper. Both were very tasty. Be prepared to wait if ordering in-store. Not the best store to dine inside & they could benefit from having a larger space. Parking isn't bad either and I have been there a few times over the past few months.
