No matter what I tried the website could not be made to recognize my email after multiple tries. Therefore, Was completely unable to complete a purchase using my android phone. I couldn't create an account, couldn't complete a purchase as a guest. Really wanted to "buy direct" and cut out the middleman but in the end Amazon came through where artscroll couldn't.

The website is very easy to use for ordering, and in-stock items ship quickly. I order often and have only had one issue where one of the items sent were incorrect, which was resolved immediately with a quick call to their friendly and professional customer service team. Great experience overall!
