Wingstop

We went at 1pm on a Thursday, wasnt busy at all. Ordered and got our food right away. We dined inside. Breia took great care of us and all the people working. Friendly and fast. Food was hot and really good! I think we were in and out in 20 minutes.

I visited Wingstop on the evening of January 13th at around 7:13 PM. The staff member who assisted me was a middle-aged African American woman with curly crocheted/ braided dark brown hair pulled back into a Boofy ponytail with a hat. When I asked about ranch, she responded, “Oh, I don’t know, sweetheart, I just got here,” and then proceeded to give me a lengthy and extremely snarky explanation about how to get ranch for free by leaving a Google review. Otherwise, it would cost $1.73. I listened to a spiel for three minutes to be told it’s $1.73. This whole interaction felt unnecessarily complicated and very sarcastic, leaving me a bit frustrated, it’s no reason to be nasty over a ranch the cost wasn’t an issue the nastiness was. I hope future visits are more straightforward and pleasant.

Charisma and Anesha and the rest of the staff are amazing! They are very friendly and accommodating. They got my food out quickly and fresh! We LOVE this location and always come here even though it’s farther from our house than the University location.

Charisma. She walked up with a small and was extremely helpful. I mean, I usually come to wingstop for the food alone with 0 expectation of the service provided. But Charisma absolutely changed that for me. She treated everyone, including the staff with consideration and great service. So much to the point I was willing to do this review just to tell you all about it. She’s a wonderful addition to your company, and I look forward to seeing her when I’m back.

I love this store the manager (black lady I didn’t get her name) 10/10. The guy at the counter with the bun 10/10 his customer service skills is top tier. The cooks 10/10 and the store was very clean. 3/8/2026 3:00pm.
