Stopped in with the family after church, made a drive out to Madison because the wife wanted Ramen and we'd never been here. Kind of a hole in the wall place - seating is limited, one comfy four top and then a lot of stuff mostly designed for 1-2 people. The booths can hold 4 people, but it will be a tight 4. They will hand you a menu when you come in, but you will order at the counter when you are ready. Water and unsweet tea were self serve and free, they had canned Coke products (no Coke Zero) -- all the dishes were served in togo/disposable containers. Employees were extremely friendly. We ordered a variety of dishes to sample everything; shrimp katsu plate, chicken gyoza, chicken katsu, beef curry rice and tonkotsu Ramen. Prices are reasonable for Huntville - Curry or Ramen dish

My husband and I came here on a Saturday around noon for a quick lunch. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted and handed a menu. After looking at the menu, we got the calamari (pictured) as an appetizer. Came out hot and fresh. It came with a sauce that was reminiscent of barbecue sauce but a little more tangy. We both got the spicy tonkotsu ramen (pictured). Noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth was just right, not overly spicy. My only small complaint is the chashu in the ramen. I do feel like it could have been a little more tender and flavorful, but overall the ramen was still very good. In conclusion, you should definitely come here if you want some good ramen in a cozy atmosphere. The prices were a little cheaper when compared to somewhere like Kamado in MidCity. I defi

So I've driven past this place 1,000,000 times and finally decided to go check it out and Ooooooooh my!!! More food then I expected. Everything we ordered was great. My first authentic ramon bowl and it was good!!! 😀 This is close to home, so we'll be coming here more often. Definitely a must try!!

My newlywed wife and I came up here for a 2 part honeymoon, and she found this restaurant by chance and the saw good reviews. So we went there and we got the shrimp katsu and the edamame appetizers. Hands down delicious, freshly cooked and tasted wonderful. She ordered the regular miso, and I got the shrimp katsu curry. She absolutely loved her Ramen and the curry was delicious. The customer service was absolutely wonderful, fast and friendly and we felt no rush or pressure to order. I wish other restaurants would take a page out of their play book on what quality service is. 10 out of 10, would recommend to everyone

Okay so a few things: First food is great except if you are craving greasy food no go.(still great but I am sure some people will prefer the unhealthy choice) another example they offer water and tea(not sweet tea)and of course you can still get your drink coca-Cola/ carbonated drink. Now until the food, I like how the food is served on to go containers only drawback be the serving portions might be slightly smaller when compared elsewhere but the food taste is great and it’s healthy. ( even the croquette is/was good ,not that much grease/oil on it) Location and customer service is also great.
