Every time I place an order here, my food is always hot, fresh, and made with care. I especially appreciate that because when people work hard for their money, we love to receive hot, fresh food that’s worth it. I just want to genuinely say thank you to the food line employees for the hard work you put in every single day. Your dedication, your effort, and the pride you take in what you do truly do not go unnoticed. It makes a difference, and it’s appreciated more than you know.

I came here recently last Friday night. I was actually impressed with how quickly I was able to get in and out and how good the food was. Now, my typical experience at Wingstop is long waits even if you order online. I ordered 20 wings with 2 sides and a drink and came to pick it up 20 minutes later and it was ready! Another pleasant surprise was that in this night it wasn't busy, the restaurant was also clean. This was my first time at this location. Now, I would say check your food before you leave because they did miss my carrots, but I caught that before I left the restaurant, and it was corrected. Again.... is this lemon pepper or plain? Because I cant tell... New to this area and ordered about 8 times from this location. VERY CONSISTANT BUT CONSISTANTLY GETTING ORDER WRONG. I mean every single time! Third or so time complaining the assistant manager said "well maby this isn't the place for you if we can't accommodate your needs" and we don't order anything extravagant at most ask for wet wings... and now under new management this lady is still employed there, and orders still getting messed up... what a surprise she was there tonight, refer to picture for proof 8 boneless (4 garlic lemon, 4 cajun) (gave me hot and parmisian) 8 peice boneless lemon garlic (they got this right) And 10 peice bone in Buffalo and lemon garlic (got this right) Fries are hot and fresh this time but w

Nothing is their fault. Tried to order online and it still goes through DoorDash. It does not tell you until after that the delivery is through DoorDash either. Orders go through and no one delivers. The “help” is just the store number where they tell you it’s a DoorDash issue. I don’t care, I didn’t get my food. Fix it Additionally why does my refund take 3-5 days if you take my money immediately and don’t give me my food. Greedy corporation making it the employees problem.

I’m a 3 strikes and you are out kind of person. When this place first opened it was awesome. Fast service. Done right the first time and clean environment. Now it’s nasty. Dirty, flies or mosquitos, orders always wrong. I always order 8 piece combo all flats, 1/2 mild and 1/2 lemon dry rub easy seasoning and extra well done. I like it really crunchy. Welp, anything but. Even when I tell them the receipt does not match what I ordered before they even start cooking and they tell me it will be taken care off. They always bring me 6 instead of the 8 I ordered. They don’t want to give me my money back for the difference but instead put more wings on table that where not made the way I ordered. Drowning in sauces instead of light. Under cooked instead of even well done. And now charging ext
