They were transparent with the wait time and still managed to deliver an exceptional wing eating experience on opening day. The food was still warm when I got home with it! Great staff and delicious wings and sides. Let's see if it maintains.

Amazing opening day experience! Im from CA, so this is 1 place I miss! Absolutely beats BWW! I knew I'd be waiting awhile, less than an hr... but that changed as I was leaving. They were letting everyone know how long they'd be waiting. Well done all around with the service for grand opening! And of course wings were delicious!! Worth it!!

Wingstop, Where you can order three combos (all with different sauces) and have them all shoved into a single box. Where your fries have literal indentations of someone’s hands crushing them before placing them on your food tray. Where your drinks either aren’t served with ice or are just pre poured and watered down for whoever decides to order one. Worst dining experience I’ve had in years, thank you for giving me someplace new to complain about!

The food was exceptional, hot and fresh, particularly the fries. I ordered hickory barbecue and garlic Parmesan. My meal arrived within five minutes. The staff was friendly and informative. I visited the restaurant in the late evening hours, around 10 or 11 PM. Sometimes, it is necessary to think outside the box and remember that the establishment is still in the process of adapting to new situations. Richard was an exemplary customer service representative.

It was really good it was open early for friends and family. I had Voodoo Fries with the Atomic and Mango Habanero Wings. They were really good with the service. I think it’s opening on Tuesday November 18, 2025 in Billings, MT
