Flours Bakery

Since we came back from France we have been craving real good pastries lol and it just so happens there was a place next to where I work Flours bakery. They have not disappointed and have become a special treat for us. They do not disappoint different things it seems like every week with some standards like chocolate croissants and buttery croissants but they're almond croissants are to die for they are awesome talking with the owner I believe she said that they use only the best ingredients and it's true by the taste and quality of the baking It's amazing on par with what we experiencing France. The people are extremely friendly and sharing our experiences and even I was able to get sourdough starter from my daughter and wife so yes they are a full-service bakery next on our list is to ha

I certainly hope that this review will help many others to discover Flours Bakery. This is the go to place for delicious baked goods, though it is a bit pricey, I consider their products worth it. The ham and cheese croissants, apricot scones, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, macaroons, and cookies are all delicious items worth your money, appetite, and appreciation. Customer service is good and I will be happy to visit many more times.

I stopped by just after opening one day to try out the pastries. I bought six different items, for a total of $35. A premium price to be sure, but every item is made by hand, and not your usual mass produced grocery pastry case. All of the items were delicious. The best was definitely the almond croissant, but the cinnamon roll also was the perfect light and fluffy texture. The tiniest issue during our visit - I had two pain au chocolat, but they had varying textures - one was perfect, the other was a little doughy and didn’t have the crisp exterior I had hoped for. It still tasted delicious, but I think may have been pulled from the oven a little too quick. Definitely worth a visit!

5 Stars – A Truly Perfect Cake! This cake was incredible from top to bottom. The red velvet layers were moist and rich, and the cream filling added the perfect balance of sweetness. But the real standout was the frosting — it had the lightest, smoothest texture I’ve ever had. It melted in your mouth and wasn’t overly sweet, which made it even more enjoyable. The decoration was simple yet elegant, and everyone absolutely loved it. I’d order this again in a heartbeat!

The wedding cake of our dreams - the BEST cake in Billings!!! Flavor + texture were unsurpassed. We ordered a three tiered cake with carrot, chocolate, and almond/huckleberry layers and vanilla buttercream - delicious! Jacquie perfectly captured my vision for the vintage piping and added flowers upon delivery for the dreamiest final touch. The team was a delight to work with - so helpful and kind both at the bakery and over email. Our family and friends LOVED this cake! I am a home baker who is picky about baked goods and quality ingredients, and this is the real deal. We have also had many of their other pastries and every one is must try!
