Wingo’s Cafe

Loved eating here for the first time. They have one of the best patty melts I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely tasted homemade and fresh. Fries and ranch were really good also. Really nice inside the cafe. Friendly servers. Would definitely come back again!

This place and the Mexican place nearby came highly recommended by one of the docents at the Laura Ingalls Wilder museum and tour. This place did not disappoint! Everyone goes for the burger, but I would say try the wingo salad! Add a side of the onion rings and fried pickles and you've got a smashing combo! And the lady who took my order was so cool and so helpful in helping me decide what to get. Ranch dressing also was delicious. If I was staying in town, I would definitely come again and have some ice cream the next time.

We enjoyed our lunch after church as at this nice little cafe on the square in Mansfield. The fried pickles, onion rings, and Reuben were all delicious. My son ordered the fish and chips which he said were good, and my husband liked his philly cheese steak sandwich. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was excellent. We will definitely be coming back soon.

This is a great place to stop and get an ice cream on a Saturday afternoon, prior to three. I definitely want to try them for lunch sometime soon.
