Was a beautiful train car and comfortable atmosphere, the flavors were lacking when it come to Cajun food, I ordered the chicken po-boy with blackened shrimp for a surf n turf sandwich, the shrimp was delicious but the rest was bland, my side was red beans and rice and both were flavor less and not a hint of Cajun flavors. I frequent New Orleans quite a bit and was excited for something close to home that I could enjoy those amazing flavors from the bayou. But they were lacking all the way around. They didn’t have gumbo on a Friday afternoon. Which was disappointing, the fries were the right cut of potatoes but over seasoned with black pepper, the kids and grandkids didn’t want them. I was so excited that I ignored the prices and went for it, but when the food arrived, that’s all I could t
I have Alpha-Gal. They have a completely AGS friendly menu for people like me! They even knew when stuff had dairy in it that I didn't.! Great food and Great service!
