Wing House Grill Watkinsville

I went earlier last week and experienced the best fried green tomatoes of my life. I asked one of the waitresses who was the cook and she said Noah! Thank you Noah for the extra crispy fried green tomatoes, they have changed my life!

I will start by tipping my hat to the Owner. It was my first time visiting and he took time to talk the menu over with me and his recommendations on food. He was kind and attentive, he made great conversation as I waited on my food. He is who I would want as a partner if I ran my own restaurant. The staff was kind and also helped me with the menu and flavors. The food was great, I got boneless wing, onion rings, and a side of the jalapeño bites. Everything was great and the price was reasonable. It was an all in all great experience and I would recommend anyone who is looking for good wings in the Athens area to give this a try.

Food is good. The waitress Bre G needs to listen to the costumer and take care of them. I repeated my order 3 times, when I got my food, it was half right. I only saw her take people's orders and to only to return to tables to give them a check. The other two workers, worked their butts off refilling drinks, cleaning tables, running food out and listening to complaints.

I hate leaving a review like this, but when you call (got disconnected), email and message on Facebook and after a few days, still nothing, I will resort to this. We ordered wings which is a big favorite of ours from this restaurant. Went to go eat them and the majority were still red and pink. Not to mention slimy. In all of my messages I have asked for a refund and even sent the receipt. Just a refund for my daughter’s meal. Mine was fine. Customer service is REALLY lacking at this place. Very disappointed. It will be a while before we go back.

These wings were above average - good flavor and decent amount of meat on there. The onion rings were also just okay. Nothing extraordinary about this place or the food; I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again but content overall.
