I visited with my boyfriend's family in October, everything was fine until I left my bag with well over $200 worth of stuff in it, including some limited edition makeup that I CANT get anymore. We tried contacting the owners through calls, messages, and emails. We never heard anything back definitely would've appreciated even a simple hey there's nothing we can do. Instead we just got ignored which is horrible customer service.
